1.0 Privacy Policy

Snuko respects your privacy and is committed to protect the personal information that you share with us. Generally, you can browse through our website without giving us any information about yourself. When we do need your personal information to provide services that you request or when you choose to provide us with your personal information, this policy describes how we collect and use your personal information.

Snuko is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program.  TRUSTe is an independent organization whose mission is to build user’s trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices.  This privacy statement covers the Web site www.snuko.com.  Because this Web site wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

1.1 Information Collection

Personal information means any information that Snuko collects that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, email address, telephone number at home, postal or other physical address, birth date, gender, occupation, a valid credit card number to process payment for products and/or services and such other information when needed to provide a service that you requested.

As you navigate through this site, certain anonymous information can be passively collected (that is, gathered without your actively providing the information) using various technologies, such as cookies, Internet tags or web beacons, and navigational data collection (log files, server logs). 1.2 Cookies and Tracking Technology

Snuko use third party tracking service that uses cookies and web beacons to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors to our site in the aggregate to capture usage and volume statistics.  Snuko have no access to these third party tracking technologies.

Our web site provides you the opportunity to agree to receive communications from us when you select to use our software on a free-trial basis, or purchase a new license or an upgrade. Further, when you receive the requested communication, you are given the opportunity in each promotional email to unsubscribe from receiving any future communication or to change your information. 1.5 Data Security

Your personal information is protected for your privacy and security. Snuko safeguards the security and confidentiality of the data you send us with physical, technical, and managerial procedures. When you enter sensitive information such as credit card on our order forms, Snuko encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).  Please be aware that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure the security of the information you transmit to us, and so we urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. Change your passwords often, use a combination of letters and numbers, and make sure you use a highly secure browser. Our website does not target and is not intended to attract children under the age of 15. Snuko does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 15 or send them requests for personal information. 1.6 Changes and Updates

UPDATING PERONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION.

If your personally identifiable information changes, or you no longer desire our service, you may update or opt out by logging in to your dashboard and alter your personal information or deleting any items you have registered. Or you can contact our Customer Support at support@snuko.com.  We will respond to your request to access within 30 days. If you wish to end your subscription prior to the period, accepted by you when agreeing to our terms and condition, you maybe charged for the full period.

If we decide to change our privacy practices, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the home page and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
