When the lock screen is displayed on your Android device, touch the “Unlock now” button. The screen will change and you will be asked to enter your PIN Code to unlock the device. You should now touch the “Reset PIN” button and you will then be prompted to enter your Snuko Account password. Your Snuko account password can be found in the “Welcome” email that you will have received shortly after installing the Snuko software. Once you have entered your account's password correctly you will be able to reset your PIN Code and your device will be unlocked.
